Who is Suza?

Susanne Slijkerman

I am an experienced Financial Professional with 25 years’ experience and a post-doctorate degree as Registered Controller (comparable with CIMA). I have been successful in business and built up my career up to deputy Finance Manager of the Shell Pernis refinery.

Since 1993 I worked in various finance management roles in business. I have experience in a variety of functions for developing business cases, designing business models, providing various financial strategic advice and change management.

I am an energetic and pragmatic Finance professional with all round experience. I am driven, take initiative, like to finish what I start and I highly appreciate working with others and cooperate for the best result (and to enjoy what I am doing).
My strong points are my analytical skills, focus, deliver upon expectation and cooperation.

Honest and direct

Communication is clear and transparent, observations are shared and discussed. Willing to challenge for the best outcome.
